This includes the flag, flag pole and memorial plaque.
The flags are stored and cared for by the Danish Festival Days Committee

1. Indicate whether the plaque is in memory of someone or in honor of
someone.
2. Please print clearly the name as you wish it to appear on the plaque
3. If for a veteran indicate the war they served in and the branch of the
military
4. Indicate whom the plaque is by. Please indicate first names only.
